And meantime tonight, authorities are now studying a 911 call that the gunman's friend enkey Kay Marquez made right after the rampage in San Bernardino. ABC's senior justice correspondent Pierre Thomas in Washington tonight. Reporter: David, just hours after the December 3rd shooting, a frantic Marquez dials 911. What's wrong? Why do you feel like you want to kill yourself? Marquez responds. My neighborhood. He did the shooting. The dispatcher says, your gun? Marquez responds, yes. Oh, my god. The dispatcher asks, how do you know it's your gun? Marquez responds, they can trace all the guns back to me. When asked who the shooter was. Marquez responds flatly, it's Syed farook. According to the FBI later that evening, Marquez checked into the ucla harbor medical center and went to the er. The FBI said he had consumed nine bottles of beer. David?
