And tonight here, those new images of Harvey Weinstein with police, outside his daughter's home here's ABC's linsey Davis now. The LAPD telling ABC news they were called to the area this morning after a family dispute involving Weinstein and his 22-year-old daughter. No arrests were made. But then actress rose Mcgowan tweeted and told "The New York Times" that she had told Affleck that Weinstein had behaved inappropriately with her years ago. And now Weinstein's wife of ten years, fashion designer Georgina Chapman, tells "People" magazine she is leaving her his. And linsey Davis with us in New York.
