Finally tonight, "America strong." The jogger who gave someone in need the shoes right off his but there's more to this story. Here's David Wright. Reporter: Around the corner from Wall Street, an unlikely act of empathy. A mystery jogger quietly gave a homeless man the shoes off his feet. God has been very nice to me, and it feels like I should bless you too. Here, take my shoes. And he took them off and he gave them to me. Reporter: Giving new balance to Joe arroyo, in more ways than one. He told me they were size 13. He asked me my size. Reporter: This random act of kindness from a barefoot good samaritan was caught on camera by a woman who happened to be stopped in traffic. What she didn't catch is the skip in the step this gesture gave to Joe. If you give me the chance, I'll be the most amazing worker you could have. And I do overtime. People do care. People want to help. Reporter: Andrew zericka saw the story on WABC. He owns a string of food trucks and believes in second chances. I have openings in three of my restaurants.
