While she waited for her forever family the shelter enrolled her in a career training program for dogs with a lovely trainer who volunteered to help the dogs become more adoptable. Cassie was so good, she earned a role in a car dealership commercial. There she is on camera. One family saw the commercial, they called the channel. The channel called the shelter and it was love at first sight. The staff at the humane society shed tears when cassie finally went to her home after waiting almost two years. Two years.
