Pulled pork normally slow cooked or. We're fast cooking it. Instead of three hours you're talking about 35 minutes. It's a major game changer. I know, come on. Today we're doing Korean style made famous by chef David Chang. For this we're making ginger scallion sauce and heating up oil in the instant pot and pour that over the scallions, that sort of takes the bite out of it by heating it up and put in some ginger, garlic, all sorts of good stuff, soy sauce. All on the website. This is the best sauce ever. You just put it on anything and everything and it's amazing. All right. Pork, so we'll season it, very simple. A little brown sugar. Ooh. Wow, you guys are easy, a little pepper. A little salt. And then for a little acid a little vinegar. There's that vinegar. Toss it together. I'll hold it. Don't want to get that nice outfit messy. This goes in the pot. Yep. You hear it sizzle. It's going to brown a little bit. We don't have two instant pots to do the sauce. You can do the same one, take the oil out, pour it over this. On the top, the top goes on, excuse me like so, put that in there, boom, 35 minutes later. Voila. Voila. We've already released. Come on. Okay. Cool thing, once the top is off if there's a lot of liquid hit the saute function and that's going to bubble up and evaporate some of the liquid get browning going. Boom, you got the pulled pork. Shred it. Some of your favorite toppings, obviously pickles. Cilantro, mayonnaise, kimchi if you like heat. Ginger scallion. Hit it with -- Bring the heat. Robin, ginger are here to taste. Look how she's eating it with a fork. No, no, no. Are you from England or something? Get in there. Get in there. It's pulled pork. What is that? Cilantro mayonnaise. There you go, robin.
