Five cases confirmed here in the U.S., and let's go back to Ian Pannell in Hong Kong where there's been a declared state of emergency. Good morning. Reporter: That's right. A medical state of emergency here. The death toll in China jumps overnight to over 80 with those infected now heading towards 3,000. In the U.S., two more cases confirmed, another one in California and now one in Arizona, bringing the total to five with the CDC warning that number is likely to rise, but it's in China that is by far the worst. The country now rushing to build two new hospitals just in a matter of days and the mayor of Wuhan where the outbreak started offering to resign, admitting there was a delay in releasing information to the public. As many as a thousand or so U.S. Citizens are still trapped in that area, and urgent efforts are now under way to try to evacuate them, George. Ian Pannell, thanks very much.
