We start this half hour with dramatic new testimony in the Patrick Frazee trial. The man accused of killing his fiancee although her body has never been found. That friend says he was so alarmed by things Frazee told him starting months before Kelsey bearbeareth disappeared he started keeping notes. Another bombshell. The 33-year-old accused of murdering his fiancee last seen on Thanksgiving 2018 with the couple's daughter. The defendant's friend Joe Moore taking the stand saying seven months before the disappearance Frazee told him I figured out a way to kill her. I told him get that out of your head and he grinned and said, no body, no crime, right? And he repeated it again after the disappearance. If there's no body there's no crime. Why are they even after me? The search getting national Moore says Frazee questioned saying if I known it would be this big I never would have -- and he stopped, Moore testified. You see him? His fiancee's body never found but his girlfriend crystal Lee says he beat bearith with a baseball said he burned the body in his backyard and a blood hound picked up a scent of human decomposition. And Frazee pleaded not guilty to all eight charges he faces including first-degree murder and Lee, who pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence will be sentenced after the trial, which resumes on Tuesday.
