Millions are also dealing with those bone-chilling temperatures including our Alex Perez in Chicago where they dropped down into the single digits and they had snow overnight. Good morning, Alex. Reporter: Good morning, Michael. More snow overnight. The arctic cold has had a brutal grip on the midwest and it won't let go. Take a look behind me here, that's lake Michigan blanketed in snow, we've had several days of freezing temperatures and the ice here continues to build, we're also seeing ice-coated roadways which is making driving a nightmare in several places. With those extreme cold temperatures also comes the extreme danger, frostbite can begin to set on exposed skin. To make matters worse, we're expecting more snow here in Chicago and other areas today.
