Reporter: Actress rosy Perez testifying to a New York court Friday that her friend, Annabella sciorra, told her in the early '90s she had been raped by Harvey Weinstein. Perez taking the stand in the trial of the disgraced movie mogul describing an emotional phone call in 1993 where sciorra revealed to the actress in a whisper, I think something bad happened. I think I was raped. Sciorra wouldn't say who allegedly attacked her and refused Perez's advice to go to the police. The "Do the right thing" actress went on to testify months later she heard a rumor Weinstein was stalking her in London. Perez said she picked up the phone to contact her friend beginning to suspect it was Weinstein. She told me it was in fact Harvey Weinstein that raped her. She was crying and saying I tried to fight back. I tried. I tried. Perez saying sciorra swore her never to tell and when Perez again told her to go to the police she said sciorra replied, I can't. He's going to destroy me. Most famous for her Emmy nominated role as Tony soprano's mitress in the "Sopranos" Annabella sciorra was an up-and-comer in Hollywood in the early '90s appearing in "The hand that rocks the cradle" around the time she met Weinstein at an industry event. How did you come to be a nanny? Reporter: With tears streaming down her face, sciorra now 59 recounted the night she says she was sexually assaulted which by Weinstein nearly three decades ago, also pointing out sciorra didn't call police. Weinstein says any sexual encounters were consensual. Another friend of sciorra's testified Friday that the actress seemed to be a mess and had cuts on her upper thighs while they watched the 1994 oscars together. Sciorra is one of six women expected to tell the court that Harvey Weinstein attacked her. That's right, and the criminal case happening in los Angeles as well. Yeah. All right, Kaylee, thank you.
