Topping our headlines, the city is warning several neighborhoods in Brooklyn and queens seeing a concerning spike in cases about the potential for new restrictions due to covid. New this morning, a west Chester county school district is dealing with a new challenge after legionella was found in water at two schools. One was found in the Scarsdale river school and Quaker hill. They say the prolonged closures allowed the bacteria to grow. Other schools have reported similar problems. One of Manhattan's top tourist attractions will welcome back visitors today with new restrictions. Museum will only be open from Wednesday to Sunday and tickets must be purchased in advance. Other requirements include the wearing of face coverings and limited capacity. Certain areas will also remain closed uil further notice It is 8:28.
