It's a perfect time for a barbecue party. And we have our barbecue rig, set up by Elizabeth caramel, executive chef. Everybody can enjoy barbecue this weekend in New York. It is the big apple barbecue block party, happening in Madison square park. It is unbelievable. This is the 12th year. And all of my favorite pit masters from the south are there. My favorite guys from north Carolina. My favorite rib guy is there. Everybody. All my favorite barbecue buddies. Incredible stuff. You also have a brand-new location. In Brooklyn. Thank you. And these dishes that you brought for us today, will all be featured at the block party, correct? We're featuring brisket and cucumber salad. And you take a nice bite of the cucumber with a bite of thes by ket. Do you mind? If I just get in there. You can use your hands. Do you mind? No. It's almost like barbecue sushi, right? Perfect. Sometimes barbecuing is intimidating for regular folks. What's one tip you all have? It's really 9% skill, 90% the will to grill. Preheat your grill. And 90% of the work is done. I love that. Yeah. This weekend. You were saying grilling is about community, too. I love that. It's including everybody. This is my favorite weekend of the summer. These are all my barbecue buddies coming to New York. I get to see everybody. It's like a reunion. Barbecue grilling is a lifestyle. Barbecue buddies over here. Barbecue. Talk about this. These cupcakes, I have been eyeing them for half an hour. We're famous for the peanut butter and jelly cupcakes I created for the restaurant. We're seven years old now. Seven years ago, New York was in a cupcake craze. And I wanted to create one that no one had done. Peanut butter and jelly. Welch's grape jelly right in the middle of it. It's like a candy bar. Amy can come work for us. That's how I describe it. It's a candy bar in a pie cup. All of these dishes will be featured at the big apple barbecue block party, Saturday and Sunday, at Madison square garden in New York City. Thank you so much. Thank you for having me.
