Now, to the embattled mayor of toronto, rob ford. The city council moving fast to make him mayor only, after a series of outbursts and bizarre comments. Abc's linsey davis has the story. Reporter: After showing up to work wearing a football jersey, toronto's mayor proceeded to put his foot squarely in his mouth again. This morning, the toronto city council says they have had enough. They are expected to vote to slash his budget and strip ford of many of his mayoral powers.
