And a perfect storm on the roads, the strong economy and the low gas prices adding up to record holiday travel and traffic. David Kerley has the story from a gas station in New Jersey. And good morning, David. Reporter: Morning. Rob has it right. It's a mess tomorrow for those hitting the roads. There is some good news, though, with the bad news, and that is the good news behind me, the gas prices. According to aaa almost 90 million of us will hit the road through new year's. And the roads are getting filled up because you can fill up pretty cheaply at the gas pump. They have dropped 86 cents since a year ago. It's down to $2.40 a gallon in the weekly average from the government. That's 15 cents less than last week. 27 states, half the states, have gas under $2 a gallon. The riders are going to share in the misery of the slick roads, but saving. And the big hubs tomorrow, Atlanta, D.C., New York, the only good news is its expected to be light air travel tomorrow.
