Only a new report finds that prices have skyrocketed. By 42 cents per gallon and just the last month -- much of that increase. Coming in the last few days. The big question is why -- analysts say it's because of rising oil prices but they're not exactly sure. Why the cost -- spike so quickly some are blaming rising demand overseas like from China. Others blame refinery maintenance or speculators on Wall Street either way. There's no and incisive when the warmer weather comes this spring an American families are hitting the road again. Prices could rise another forty to sixty cents per gallon at some major hits for the family budget Paula.
