Things looking a little brighter after his contentious split with Angelina Jolie and Paula Faris is here with the details. It's all about their kids at the end of the day. It's been making headlines since September with their kids caught right in the middle but this morning "People" magazine reporting Brad is finally getting to spend more time with his children. This morning, new details on the split of Hollywood power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. A source close to Pitt revealing to "People" magazine what life is like for the actor now saying he seems to have a more positive outlookeding things seem much better now. Things are looking up for him. He's stepping out more. He's getting to see his kids more and I think he's in a much more positive space. Reporter: This coming just two weeks after the duo put their differences aside. Agreeing to work out their divorce with a private judge for the sake of the children releasing a joint statement saying they are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification. Custody is still being worked out, but our sources are saying Brad is very open to working with Angelina. Reporter: The "Allied" star slowly stepping back into the spotlight. Just yesterday seen running ear ands in Santa Monica. Even making a surprise appearance at the golden globes earlier this month. This is "Moonlight." Reporter: The couple formerly known as brangelina split in September after two years of marriage and a total of 12 years together. Angelina filed for divorce shortly after an alleged incident on a private flight involving one of their children which led to a child abuse investigation by the FBI and the L.A. County department of children and family services. Both investigations were closed and no charges were filed. Yeah, he's experiencing a lot of relief that those investigates are closed but Pitt initially agreed to weekly supervised visits with the couple's children but since the duo decided to keep their battle private now looks like both sides cooling down for the sake of their kids.
