Meanwhile, the U.S. Government is rethinking the way it warns us of potential terror attacks. ABC's senior justice correspondent Pierre Thomas spoke exclusively with the homeland secretary and has this. Reporter: With this new threat secretary Johnson says he's planning changes to the country's threat warning system. Here's what he told us in our ABC news exclusive.
