What if we told you it was possible to prevent wrinkles for free by following seven easy tips. What's causing these? Most wrinkles are caused by the breakdown of collagen and elastin. Biggest culprits are smoking and the sun. Reporter: We met up with Michele promaulayko. Tip number one, avoid drinking through a straw. When you purse your lips a lot you'll get lines around your lips. Not cute. Reporter: Next up limit frequent gum chewing. The repetitive motion of chewing is more on one side. Most of us chew more on one side. Lopsided wrinkles. Reporter: Another tip, always wear your sunglasses even when it's dyclou.
