That is hail covering entire swaps of the city. Looking at the radar this morning powerful storms are moving across the Ohio valley and up into the northeast. Meanwhile down in the Caribbean there's a 40% chance of those storms turning into a tropical system in the next five days. By Friday they'll bring heavy rain to Florida and southwestern US.
