You cell phone video posted online shows a teenager in California being taser the San Diego county sheriff's deputy was trying to handcuff. A thirteen year old boy ate the deputy orders the team to put his hands behind his back. Then the deputy reaches for his taser and the teens legs shake eventually the deputy gets the teen to stand up and puts him in the back of a squad car. He does tase him. Because he's trying to use less lethal to ring the situation under control. The boy's mother had reported him as our miss saying.
