And as a reason for that it depends on whether the seller has a physical location in your state. Well later this morning. The Supreme Court will hear arguments over whether that rule should be changed the case is being brought by South Dakota and several other states who say times have changed and are losing millions in tax dollars. Big online sellers are saying hey we should not to view a different sales tax laws all over the country plus will lose customers. But ABC news Supreme Court contributor cake Shaw told me this.
