Here's will Carr with the images from California tonight. Reporter: Tonight, authorities identifying the man in custody who they say barreled his car into a group of innocent bystanders. Witnesses describe a horrific scene. This woman was thrown into the air, flipped upside-down, and she fell right into my car. He was saying over and over again, thank you, Jesus.
