Reporter: Tonight, Indiana investigators releasing this new video that they believe shows the man who killed 13-year-old Abby Williams and her friend 14-year-old Libby German. Police today also unveiling a new, younger-looking sketch of the suspect between 18 and 40. Investigators believe he has ties to the area.
