Reporter: More fallout from the release of the court document that quotes bill Cosby saying in a sworn deposition he purchased prescription sedatives to give to young women. A lawyer asks, were you going to use these to give to young women that you wanted to have sex with. Cosby answers yes. The deposition is from a 2005 case brought by Andrea constand. She said Cosby gave her three pills to help her relax, adding that within a short period of time, her knees began to shake, her limbs felt immobile and she began to feel barely conscious. In response, Cosby's attorney said he offers her one and one half of Ben drill. Constand's case was settled out of court. A source telling ABC news, the only reason Mr. Cosby settled is because it would have been embarrassing in those days to put all those women on the stand and his family had no clue.
