Reporter: They start again in the morning, the grand jury behind the windows, debating possible criminal charges in the racial explosive case. Everyone here is ready for the decision. The National Guard and the armored vehicles, and more than 1,000 local police and the barricades and untold Numbers of demonstrators prepared to give authorities a piece of their mind. Meanwhile, outside of the fersson police headquarters, it's getting more violent each night. At least three arrests over the weekend.
