Reporter: The day after the killing, and families are back, defying the rules, driving up to lions, windows down. The investigation is now focusing on how and why an American woman in her 20s, Katherine Chappell, had windows wide open inside these camps where lions roam free. One lioness attacked yesterday, reaching inside the vehicle. The American tourist died at the scene. Entering this same lion park today, they could hardly make it clearer. When you're up close to them like this, it is incredibly tempting to put the window down to get a better look, because they are so peaceful.
