Back now with a deadly home explosion rocking a neighborhood in Indiana. The house reduced to splinters. So what happened? Here is ABC's Diane Macedo. Reporter: Tonight, investigators are searching for the cause of a deadly explosion that ripped this Indiana house right down to the foundation. We've received several calls saying there was an explosion in the area. Reporter: The jeffersonville fire department says it happened around 5:00 this morning. We're now being advised there is one unaccounted for. Reporter: One man was killed, two women injured, including one rescued from this home next door. Before and after images show the extent of the damage. Notice the house in the center of the photo. Here it is after the blast, virtually gone. But the explosion also damaged at least a dozen more homes, covering the whole neighborhood in debris. The whole house just shook. I mean it shook, raised up and it rattled the windows and knocked the gutters off the back my house. Reporter: Now residents are finding belongings of those affected, blocks away, and posting on Twitter in hopes of returning them. Local residents say the man who died was known to mow neighbors' lawns and take people to the doctor's office. One of the females is well enough to speak. Tom? Thank you.
