Now to that scare on the ice. The hockey star collapsing on the bench during a game. And here's ABC's Diane Macedo. Reporter: Tonight, the frightening scene at a hockey game. There, looks like bouwmeester just dropped right behind the bench. Reporter: St. Louis blues defenseman Jay bouwmeester, number 19 on the ice. After a few minutes of play versus the Anaheim ducks, he returns to the bench and collapses. His teammates frantically wave for help and paramedics rush in, using a defibrillator to revive bouwmeester. As both teams watch in horror. The NHL postponed the game. Officials say bouwmeester suffered a "Cardiac episode" and is doing well tonight. We talked to Jay and he's in good spirits, and when you see how he's doing, it certainly makes us feel a lot better. Reporter: The 36-year-old defender, who won his first Stanley cup last year, is also very active off the ice. David, bouwmeester is now undergoing tests to determine what caused this.
