Finally tonight the first responders creating a winter wonderland for a little girl facing a difficult health challenge. It's America strong. 2-year-old Quinn walker loves the snow and every year her family visits the mountains of Arizona for a little taste of winter. But this year she was too tick to make the trip. Her doctors saying with her heart condition, it was too risky. So when members of the fire department heard of her situation, they knew they needed to help. They brought five tons of snow to our front yard. Quinn was too sick to go to the snow this year, so they brought it to us. Reporter: The fire department dumping the snow right onto their driveway where Quinn could safely play. She and her siblings building snowmen. All this for this little nugget. Reporter: The kids even going sledding. Quinn's mother sandy overjoyed because Quinn still has some heart surgeries ahead. I cried so much throughout the whole morning. Just seeing the joy on her face, we wouldn't have been able to bring that to her this year. She loves the snow, and we try and go every year, so just seeing her happy and playing with her brothers just meant the world to my husband and I. Reporter: At least on this day no doctors, no hospitals, just a lot of fun.
