Transcript for Prince Harry making a solo appearance at London Marathon
Well, all eyes are on prince Harry this morning making a solo appearance at the London marathon as the world awaits the birth of baby Sussex. ABC's lama Hasan is at Windsor where royal watchers are on the lookout for any signs of a birth. Good morning to you, lama. Reporter: Absolutely. Good morning to you, Eva. Yes, royal fans on the hunt for little nuggets of information tracking prince Harry's every move, listen up, because today he is at the London marathon, so could this be a clue? I have to praise you Reporter: Harry stepping out solo today attending the London marathon supporting the runners. Does the fact he's left home and Meghan mean baby Sussex is a no show today? Harry sent in this message last week thanking everyone taking part presumably just in case he did miss the event. And for those of you taking part this year, thanks a billion. Thanks a billion. Reporter: During a walkabout on his trip to New Zealand uncle-to-be prince William was asked if he had seen any sign of baby Sussex. The prince reportedly said, I haven't got my phone on me. I have no idea. You guys will find out before I do at this rate. There will be no phone checking for granny-to-be Doria. As we know, she is by her daughter Meghan's side. We don't know about Meghan's father, though. The palace will not comment on how Thomas Markle will find out about his new grandchild. I'm sure that prince Charles and Camilla will be amongst the first to visit Meghan and Harry after the birth of the new grandchild. The big question is how and if Meghan's dad will be informed. Let's hope that it's a chance to start over. Reporter: In other royal reports this morning, one newspaper claiming that baby Sussex's first trip abroad with his or her parents is to Africa on an official tour calling it a crawl-about. The palace this morning telling us they won't comment. Guys, back to you. Something royal. Your dance card is already filled. You haven't even been born. All right. Lama Hasan, thank you very much.
