This is the second missile launch from North Korea in less than a week. Two short-range ballistic missiles were fired from the Hodo peninsula. The south Koreans say they flew 155 miles at 19 miles altitude before dropping into the east sea towards Japan. These come amid faltering negotiations over the north's nuclear program and, of course, part of a familiar pattern of north Korean posturing to put pressure on the U.S. To drop sanctions.
