Reporter: A New Hampshire church community is reeling after a gunman walked in during a wedding opening fire injuring three including the bishop and the bride. The 911 call was made inside the church where a wedding was taking place. Reporter: The gunman shooting bishop Stanley Choate in the chest and the bride Clair Mcmullen in the arm. After the shooting began parishioners immediately reacted. Reporter: Wedding guests are being applauded for their heroism after they tackled the shooter. Overnight the family of the decon initiating the tackle speaking out telling our affiliate WMUR he took a leap of faith jumping from a balcony to stop the gunman. Everyone started to run when they heard the shots. He said I need to get out of here. He stopped and said I can't leave and he went back and tackled the guy. Reporter: The incident occurred Saturday morning at the new England pentecostal ministries. A funeral service was scheduled after the wedding for another long-time bishop shot and killed earlier this month. Authorities now looking into a connection between the two cases. This incident does not appear to be a random event. Reporter: Guests for the funeral services were shocked by the scene. It's just surreal. Louis was shot and now there's a shooting at his church. Reporter: Police have identified and taken into custody 37-year-old Dale Holloway as the alleged gunman. Holloway's is being held on a charge of purposely and knowingly causing bodily injury by means of a deadly weapon. He will be arraigned on Tuesday. Wild situation in New Hampshire. Wild indeed.
