Baffert who has seven Kentucky derby wins under his belt is no stranger to controversy over the years, and this is his fifth horse to fail a drug test in a year. So baffert says Medina spirit will continue racing in all the races for the triple crown while they await test results. If they are disqualified, the runner-up would be the winner.
