Kicking off our "Heat index" this morning, Audrey Hepburn's granddaughter stepping into the spotlight following in her famous grandmother's footsteps. It's her first photo shoot. Emma Ferrer channeled some of Audrey's famous photographs. I thought that was Audrey. Looks just like her. Her favorite Hepburn movie is "Funny face" and inherited some of her famous cashmere turtlenecks and wears them every now and then. Can you imagine having her -- I can't imagine having Audrey Hepburn's genes. Her face is stunning. Look at that jaw line. She was born right after they lost Audrey Hepburn but the first -- Look at that. Jumping on a trampoline and said she looks like someone I'd want to have as my friend. Kind of sweet. Keeping the family tradition alive. It's out August 19th. I believe. Want to see that. Stunning. Next up in "Heat index" a very hot topic. Women making strides in the workplace. Now here's a question. Should women try and beef up their knowledge about sports so they can fit in better with their male colleagues? A leadership director at duke university says she sees female CEOs who really benefit from being able to so-call talk sports at work. A popular article on "Forbes" says the opposite suggests that if you don't like sports you shouldn't have to pretend you're interested authorized to get ahead at work. And, yeah, I can see any time you're faking it and -- Yeah. But -- If you're authentic -- in if you do have a natural interest it's good to be up on all types of topics but I don't like how they just feel that all women don't follow sports and that it's only -- there are a lot of men who don't follow, as with he will. Correct. I think what your point -- the best point you made be authentic. Just be your authentic self who you are really. If you like to talk about shoe, it's okay. That's all I'm saying. Men might leave the room. I know but, you know, I have to admit having worked at ESPN and I just naturally love sports, it is an ice breaker. It is -- it does kind of because it's a hot topic but it comes naturally to me. It's not something that I'm trying to force. We wanted to hear from you and asked you and this is interesting, should women be -- need to be able to talk sports to get ahead in business. 33% said yes but 67% they agree with the guys, no, you don't have -- again, saying you have to. Robin, I like to listen to you talk about sports. That's what I like to do. Indeed. Indeed. Because you do it so well. Oh, now. You just say it because it's true. Also this morning in "Heat index," Neil Patrick Harris is opening up in September's "Glamour" about having kids and how they changed his relationship with his fiance David. "How I met your mother" and "Headwig" star seeing David take care of their children has made him, quote, refall in love" that the honeymoon phase might end but you need to find new elms to keep love alive and watching his partner with his twins has done just that. I think it is true. It's very time-consuming, parenting, but it's also such a joy. We were just away with the kids and watching them happy is such -- it just fills you. I don't think that's anything sexier than a man holding a baby much that's my two cents much there's something so heartwarming about that. The protector in him, the father in him. You came back glowing from vacation. You said it was the best one you had yet. The pictures here are so fun. I'm still thinking about the zip line. It was challenging. It was a physical challenge.
