Nightmare journey of the carnival cruise ship triumphed that may be over but the company is now facing the first wave of lawsuits. Passengers already filing complaints against the cruise line. In an exclusive interview the Houston resident tells ABC news she became dehydrated on the ship. It has spent the weekend in and out of urgent care centers getting IV drips. So what does the fine print -- carnivals ticket contract states the company can't be held responsible for emotional distress and mental suffering. But physical injuries are another story. These cases are going to be winnable it would be a pretty mean judge to toss these are. But carnivals reputation may already be paying a price yeah. Think you -- But -- you have -- worse than 4000. Stranded on nightmare crew that. It's about asked SNL taking the company to task over the weekend. But Williams is not left. My only concern is that this doesn't occur. Ever again so that they never have another ship that has a similar experience. And we did reach out to carnival but we're told the company had not yet seen this latest lawsuit.
