. Time for the weekend download. At a most basic level as we enter this new year everybody wants the same thing, to be happy. Many don't have time to work on this. So here now with quick mood boosters for 2017, Emma sefela. Your first step is to get moving. That's right. Research shows that when we taking a walk no matter what we're doing, we actually feel better. Being outside in nature also boosts our mood. Finally, we know exercise is fantastic for our well-being. When you take a short ten minute walk, you're taking a walk, being outside and exercising? Your advice for stress? Research shows that yoga, meditation, breathing are fantastic for stress. You can do stretches in the morning. Breathing during your lunch break and short meditation before bed. I tell people one minute of meditation counts. Finally, you have a tip here, if you want to boost your happiness, spend time worrying about other people's happiness. That's right. We're focused on ourgss, our work, job, family responsibilities. If we take a few minutes a day to do something for a neighbor, friend, colleague, we'll boost our mood, improve our health and longevi longevity. That's transformative advice.
