What is it about this conversation that's making it more acceptable now we need to be talking about this and now we finally are. Well let's start with the numbers. First vol one in five American adults. Will suffer from a mental illness at some point in their lives notes is visits to say it's cop and that's an understatement. I think that the awareness. Is something and you know celebrity is really eBay pack a punch with these things because they have this kind of image of being larger than life having these perfect lives. Yet and I think I think a lot of people think of mental wellness as having a mental illness but it's like you would go to the doctor for a cold you would go to the doctor for cancer there's a spectrum right. Absolutely 100% of and again we just have to eat something that we can't see often times and something above of the neck. As seriously as we do for something we can see or something that may happen below an act and in medicine you don't hear in my medical office today as you can see. You know I ask every single patient about their mental well being and because this is.
