There is the home house there where they were having some kind of a party or gathering one of the individuals their name to Sean harper. For whatever reason. Became very out of came out it was out of control at one point this individual decided to. Run to the house across the street that be in the house of the black. And began pounding on the door and at one point. Knock the door completely off its hinges and when he went inside at one point he grabbed. The eleven year old child and dragged the child in the bathroom. I'm not going to go into the into the graphic details of what happened in the bathroom other than to say. That that child was violently assaulted it was an incredibly. Difficult T to listen to emotionally. But also very difficult tape to listen to because of all the screaming that was going on. A lot of screaming going on the very very chaotic situation there was no physical description given even during that phone call. Ask to. What that suspect look like because we can't shall the body worn cameras this time going to describe for you. What I personally viewed as they walk up to the home you can see on the camera. That. The officer passes the wife. The mr. black. And as she passes. She says and I quote. He has a gone forward as are moving forward. They hear shots fired when the shots or fire the officer stepped back a bit from the front door. And a little bit just a few seconds later. There is they see mr. black. Emerge. Into the officers views of the officers just outside the front door he is looking inside and he about. Overestimating fifteen to when he feet. From where they were they see this man emerge from behind a wall. He walks out of what appears to be a room. He walks back to the room. And they can see when when he comes in and out they see that he is holding a gun but 12 later the officers yet one of the officers yells gun. Gun. For the next thirteen seconds. Officers continued to give at least five commands. To mr. black to drop the gun and to show his hands. We don't know why but for whatever reason mr. black did not drop the gun. About ten seconds later after director in all these during all these commands. Mr. black walks around and the means room walking towards the officers. Again with the gun and one hand. And the flashlight in the other. He begins to raise a flashlight towards the officer you still have it has the gun in the other hand. And it was at that time that my officer fired. Four rounds. Causing mr. black to fall to the ground when he went in they found the bedroom or bathroom where the screaming was coming from. And it was there that the officers found. A deceased nude man on the floor of the bathroom which turns out to be mr. harper. Inside the bathtub. Was the juvenile. Young man and his father. His father was in there. And again they were they were. In the bathroom communicating with the officers. So. From that time until. Until they found the young child in the bathroom. It was two minutes in 27 seconds from the time they arrived. To the time they went into that bathroom it was two minutes and 27 seconds. So this was a very fast paced. Response.
