The county clerk jailed for refusing to grant mark licenses to gay couples, today, walking out of jail. Her supporters cheering. Reporter: Tonight, controversial county clerk Kim Davis out of jail, greeting throngs of supporters. I just want to give god the glory. He is -- his people have rallied and you are a strong people. Reporter: Davis jailed Thursday, held in contempt of court for refusing to issue same sex couples marriage licenses, citing religious objections. Under whose authority are you not issuing licenses?
