Record snow, as a matter of fact, in Burlington. 20 inches. The lake effect snow machine is they could see another foot of snow. An active pattern out west. 80-mile-per-hour winds last night in Oregon. Now raining across central California. An even stronger storm will come in tomorrow night, bringing in beneficial rains and hefty mountain snow. But heavy rains over burn areas, and we're concerned about mudslides later this week. David?
