Reporter: This is miracle, the 1-year-old dog who was nearly crushed under a collapsed building in marsh harbor, Bahamas after Dorian came roaring ashore. The team at big dog ranch rescue said a heat signature was detected under a pile of debris. When rescue workers raced over they found a malnourished dog whose only way of survival was drinking rain water. Miracle rightfully earning his name, like the fighter he is. This little guy was trapped underneath an ac unit and he's been there for three weeks. How he has survived is a miracle. Reporter: The foundation has been searching the island since can cat 5 storm for dogs separated from their families. In a statement to ABC news, the organization's president and founder crediting the technology for discovering miracle saying the drones played a life-saving role. Miracle's discovery is a symbol of hope to everyone. This morning, miracle is receiving treatment, therapy, food and water with a full recovery expected. Miracle couldn't be cuter. 139 dogs have been rescued by the organization. Hats off to big dog ranch rescue.
