A deadly E. coli outbreak investigation is ongoing, and a woman is now suing after getting sick eating carrots linked to the outbreak.

Melinda Pratt, 40, is named in the first lawsuit against the makers of the recalled carrots, which have caused at least 39 confirmed cases of E. coli across 18 states.
