Transcript for Nomophobia is Word of the Year. Do you have it?
That's a tough thing to do. We have some other stuff here we don't have time to get to. One thing I want to get to, Cambridge dictionary has a new word nomophobia. By a clap of hands who knows what nomophobia is? You don't know. How many of you have your phones to look it up? Put your phone away. That's what it is. It's the fear of being without your mobile phone or unable to use it. You guys having that now? A little separation anxiety. Little separation anxiety. Are you addicted to your cell phone? Do you think you're addicted to your cell phone? Not as bad as young people. I have things to work on. I think generations that grew up on those phones have a much harder time leaving them. I remember a time where you left the house without gps and had to find it by taking two lefts and going to McDonald's and taking a right, old school directions. I can function without it. I don't shake or anything. I don't like it. The day I change phones or upgrade it's a miserable day. I like my phone. I'm probably on it too much. It is nice not to have a phone. We hope you guys enjoy this hour without your phone. Nomophobia, people.
