The new jobless numbers, 963,000 workers seeking unemployment benefits last week. However, that said the new number better than expectations. Lay offs falling below 1 million for the first time in five month. A little positive news, the AMC chaining telling "A" list subscribers it's getting ready theaters today. Tickets just 15 cents that day. It's a throw back to 1920 pricing. The company says screens will be back in operation in about two third of its theaters by September 3rd.
