You've heard of it? Of course. The main ingredients are garlic, onion and soy sauce and a hint of vinegar. I like to add a little brown What do we do first? You have to feel it. There's no real directions. This one, the vinegar, keep it to the side. You only need a hint of vinegar. Soy sauce, dump it in there. Oh, yes. I love soy sauce. Add some of this. How much of this? I was working in a shoe store when I did the tonight show I was working at a shoe store called Nordstrom rack. Nordstrom rack! I worked in the women's shoe department. I didn't know how big the tonight show was until -- you get the right and I had to get the left. Women would be like you were on the tonight show, you are so funny. I'm like thank you. Can I get this in 8? I had to run to the back. Kind of killed the mood. It sucked. You end up like that. Yeah. Do this. When you get to this point, you put it in -- Hit me up, Mike. Then take the rest of the sauce in this pan, pour it on top. Then add the onions. I love onions. You put this in the onion at about 350 for about 25 minutes. It comes out like this. She said I don't call you Jo she said I call you joco. In our language co means my. So she was calling me my Jo. I thought it was the sweetest name. She said you keep calling yourself Jo Koy.
